Prices
A flat rate of $3.95 handling fee will be added to all shipments sent to the Contiguous U.S. 2-Day and Priority methods are available in the U.S. for an additional charge that will be calculated at checkout. Saturday Shipping now available in select areas by choosing the Overnight Standard shipping option. Overseas orders do not include duties or tax charges. All international shipping prices are also calculated at checkout. All published prices are subject to change without prior notice
Shipping Method & Delivery
We ship orders via Fed-Ex or US Parcel Service (we reserve the right to ship via any other common carrier). We ship most credit card orders within one business day, and will notify you promptly of any back orders. All United States orders (except for express orders) have a delivery time of approximately 2-5 business days, other countries approximately 5-10 business days. We are not responsible for delays that may occur during shipping by the above common carriers. We gladly accept checks in US dollars, however they do take 7 to 10 business days to clear before we can ship. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, please provide a physical address. Note: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah and New Year’s orders should be placed early to ensure prompt delivery. Link here.
All orders placed after 2 p.m. EST will be shipped the next business day.
Shipping Countries
We ship to most countries world-wide. For a complete list of countries we ship to, click here. Please refer to the customs website for the country you are shipping to for import duties and taxes that may be applied by the foreign customs agency.
Rush Delivery
2-Day and Priority Overnight air orders must be placed by 2:00pm E.S.T. Monday – Friday. Orders received after this time will not be shipped until the next business day. Priority Overnight - Orders received before 2:00pm E.S.T. on Friday will be shipped to arrive the next business day (Monday). Additional charges for rush delivery methods are calculated at checkout. For Saturday delivery, please contact customer service at toll free 1-877-486-7884 or 305-378-6668. Upon request, international orders can be shipped International Express Priority, but there is no guarantee on the delivery date due to foreign customs agencies which reserve the right to hold packages for inspection, duties, etc.
RETURNS
All sales are final. In the event that you received a damaged product you must contact our friendly customer service department at 1-877-486-7884 or 305-378-6668.
All claims must be made within 5 business days after receipt of merchandise.

If you purchased shipping insurance, we recommend resolving your claim through the confirmation email, the Route App or through the Route Website https://claims.route.com/
