Tortuga rum cakes are moist, decadent, with just the right amount of sweetness. The chocolate version is one of the family’s favourites. It is both rich and light at the same time, and it literally melts in your mouth. Highly recommended.

We were able to recreate the rum cake we had on our wedding eleven years ago using the Tortuga Chocolate Rum Cake , covering it with cream cheese frosting and topping it with a fondant white lotus flower with gold trim. Thanks!
