We were able to recreate the rum cake we had on our wedding eleven years ago using the Tortuga Chocolate Rum Cake , covering it with cream cheese frosting and topping it with a fondant white lotus flower with gold trim. Thanks!

Bought this for my daughter’s birthday since we could not celebrate with her because of the quarantine. She loved it! It arrived early and in perfect condition. She said it was super moist and dark chocolate. Wish I could have shared it with her. I’ll have to order one for myself now !
