Dear Valued Customer

Please accept our apologies for the unfavorable experience you have had with our product. In order to process your claim, we ask that you complete the below form.

In the comment section please add the below information:

  • The Date
  • Item Description: Product Name, Size, Flavor and SKU
  • Indicate the best before date on the product
  • Brief description of issue

 

Additionally, please provide a copy of your receipt to customerservice@tortugaimports.com along with a picture of the product.

Or, if you purchased shipping insurance, we recommend resolving your claim through the confirmation email, the Route App or through the Route Website https://claims.route.com/
