2 ingredient ice-cream sandwich

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients:
- 16oz Tortuga Chocolate cake
- Vanilla ice-cream
Directions:
- Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap making sure to leave excess on the sides to fold over.
- Slice the Tortuga chocolate cake in to ¼ inch thick slices.
- Spread a layer of cake in the bottom of the lined pan making sure not to leave any gaps.
- Place a ½ inch layer of vanilla ice-cream in the pan.
- Add a final layer of chocolate cake all over the top.
- Press it down slightly and wrap the plastic wrap over it to completely seal it together.
- Put the loaf pan in the freezer over night.
- The next day, turn out the pan, remove the plastic wrap and cut the loaf into cubes of ice-cream sandwiches.
- Serve immediately or store in a freezer bag.
