Strawberry Lemon Coconut Trifle

Ingredients:
- 2 4oz Tortuga Coconut rum cake
- 1 cup prepared instant lemon pudding
- 6 fresh strawberries
- ¼ cup strawberry jam
You will also need:
- 2 dessert glasses
Directions:
- Prepare the instant pudding and set aside in the refrigerator to firm up.
- Remove the stems from four of the strawberries and slice them up set aside the remaining two strawberries whole to garnish.
- Slice the coconut rum cake into ¼ inch slices take 2 slices and crumble to make cake crumbs.
- Start layering the dessert by adding a dollop of lemon pudding followed by fresh strawberries, a slice of coconut rum cake, and strawberry jam, repeat the layering until the cup is filled.
- End with lemon pudding and sprinkle all over top coconut rum cake crumbs and top with the whole strawberry.
- Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill before serving.
