Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 1–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-Day and Priority Overnight available at checkout
- International Shipping: 5–10 business days (may vary due to customs)

Order Processing
- Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will ship the next business day

Shipping Costs
- A $3.95 handling fee applies to all shipments within the contiguous U.S.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method
- Express shipping options are available for an additional charge
Shipping Methods
We ship via trusted carriers such as FedEx and UPS, and reserve the right to use other common carriers when necessary to ensure timely delivery.
Rush Delivery
- 2-Day and Priority Overnight orders must be placed by 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday)
- Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the next business day
- Priority Overnight orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on Friday will arrive the next business day (Monday)
- Saturday delivery is available in select areas via Overnight shipping (additional charges apply)
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
- Duties and taxes are not included and may be charged by the destination country
- Delivery timelines may vary due to customs processing
Important Shipping Notes
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes — please provide a physical address
- During peak seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, New Year), we recommend placing orders early
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
