Tortuga Pineapple Rum Cakes are made with generous portions of pineapple juice for a moist and sweet taste of the Islands. Baked in the Caribbean with only the finest ingredients, each rum cake is hand glazed with special 5-year-old, oak barrel aged Tortuga Gold Rum then vacuum sealed to lock in the delicious freshness. The cakes have a shelf life of 12 months, or indefinitely if refrigerated or frozen.
This pineapple cake is just wonderful! I’ve had many of the flavors and I’d say this is my favorite along with the chocolate and original.
It’s everything I imagined. Since I saw them the first time I vacationed in Jamaica I wanted one. Finally had the opportunity to try them. I must say I am very pleased. Try them all because I am.
Awesome rum cake with great flavor. Pineapple flower is very distinct and rum accentuates the flavor. A bit pricey for the size.

...Oh my wow. I just received my 16oz. Pineapple Rum Cake in the mail today. I should have ordered the 32oz. Should have ordered 2 or 3 of those. Ok, I have to end this review. I have to order more... Key Lime and Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee 1 each, and probably another Pineapple Rum too. Great cake!
We absolutely love the pineapple flavor & will be ordering more flavors to try in the future. I had picked up some in the Bahamas & didn't try them until I got back home. If I had known they were that delicious, I would have brought more home with me. But now I've found the website, & I can get some delicious taste of the Caribbean sent straight to my house.

I am a Tortuga fan, had it in Grand Cayman many years ago and buy it everytime I visit the Caribbean. The Pineapple is so flavorful.
