This cake is EXACTLY what a rum cake should be. The flavor was 100% perfect. The cake was so moist it would melt in your mouth, but not so moist to where it would crumble upon cutting slices of this cake. My only gripe with these cakes: There are smaller sizes available. I'm sure they taste the same, but I think it's more fun to get the 32oz and share it with friends. Heck, start your day with it! You'll be glad you did!

We have not opened this cake yet being it was bought for Christmas day. But we have had so many Rum Cakes prior to this . We buy these when we cruise from different ships. We've had several different flavors and love them all.
